What is going on, did they suddenly realize they have spent 10 episodes doing nothing. And now they need to figure out what the actual plot and story of this show was supposed to be this entire time. While at the same time, also not really wanting to commit to doing so at all.

I have never really figured out what this show is meant to be. Is this supposed to a slice-of-life? A comedy? A romance? A series drama? Not a damn clue. And after 10 episodes and just 2 from the end, I probably should by this point.
