Persona 4 the Animation: Episode 19

Ah so we have reached the festival episode. Along with some character of the minor side characters, like those in the music club. Honestly I don’t know if them trying to add stuff like this to the anime really helps that much. It is a nice node to the game, but since they don’t get more than a couple minutes max does it really mean all that much.

All together, I think this is going better than the Persona 3 movies I previously watched. While those ended up just being a pure run of dungeons and story clumped into a bunch of movies. This show is at least trying to make it feel a bit more like the game and add some of the extra story and context bits to the show. Though I don’t really know if it succeeds at all. I guess this is decently enough to experience things without just straight playing a 70 hour game.
