Love of Kill : Episode 2

This show, much like the manga I’m reading it is based on, I really don’t know what to make of it. It honestly doesn’t do much that I would consider good or interesting. The characters are just fine, but they don’t live up to the initial premise at all. Ryang-ha is this mysterious guy who shows up and is this badass we know very little about who suddenly falls in love with Chateau. Meanwhile Chateau is just rather lacking, we know nothing about her and she doesn’t really get a good introduction for being the main character, and she also isn’t very good at her job or anything at all for that matter. Than we have the two random support characters that just haven’t had enough time at all in the anime to make any decisions on at all.

It all comes together to feel like the draw of this show is supposed to be these mysterious bounty hunters and their job. And they are decently good at the mystery part. But none of the rest is any good at all. And this is also my honest feelings that I get from the manga as well.

I am considering dropping this show to lessen my watching list this season. It doesn’t impress me as an anime or get improved over the manga after getting animated. Kinda feel like I would just be wasting time if I keep watching it this season.
