Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere: Episode 9

I have one issue with this show, that it just seems to have no intention of ever fixing. And that is the character of Tori Aoi. If Tori and his ridiculous attitude and attempts at silly comedy were removed from this show it would be so much better. But for some reason they made this idiot the main character. And it really is a shame. Because at times this really is a pretty decent show, and I end up enjoying parts of it.

Like this episode, the fight was not bad at all. I enjoyed the whole thing and wanted to see how it ended. Their form of combat is also pretty unique and enjoyable. I really like that stuff.

But than Tori just comes out and opens his mouth and makes some silly joke, that is obviously supposed to implement comedy and lighten up this serious scene. But it isn’t funny and just ruins it. God I really hate his character.
