Irina The Vampire Cosmonaut: Episode 9

So I am a bit behind due to some delays. And this episode was pretty good, and shows what will happen next in the show. We will get a date and some final interactions between Lev and Irina, and than proceed right into the final flight of the show. But I’m not certain how they will end this show. I don’t know if they will be allowed to be together and reunited in the final episode or what will happen, I wonder if maybe we will get a timeskip with them reunited shortly in the future.

I am still unsure if Irina being allowed to live, and actually going to do something rather important is out of character for the USSR. The whole fact that something I would feel is kinda disgraceful in universe, this vampire they believe to be sub-human beat the good USSR cosmonauts into space and than left to walk feels odd. I mean what would happen if the USA, in universe UK, learns about her and therefore the whole existence of vampires thing. IDK, maybe I was just kinda expecting a darker story knowing this is the USSR than they will actually do.
