Narenare -Cheer for you!- : Episode 12

Finally got around to finishing this show. And honestly it is yet another 24 episode show that has been compressed into 12 episodes. And it just doesn’t work remotely as well as it could have. Way too many characters and different plot lines going on all at the same time. That it all just didn’t mesh well at all. I loved the characters and the stories they were trying to tell, but in the end I felt like they just seemed largely unfinished.

There is a yuri romance that got teased and than completely dropped and never mentioned again. Megumi’s recovery should have had an arc, there should have been something to finish that. Suzuha’s idol announcement comes out of nowhere an had no build up.

Just don’t really know, I really loved the characters and the possibilities. It just wasn’t well executed due to only having 12 episodes.
