So was this episode some kinda adaption of a bad ending route from the game? Because I really don’t understand anything that happened in it at all. I don’t understand the whole Rin leaving story line at all. I don’t see how her leaving leads to any character growth of Rin or Riki. I also don’t understand what exactly happened at the end, or what Riki’s final sentence about life is supposed to mean in the context of the show. I’m just so very confused about this show. They seem to have some deep or important story and character development they want to do, but none of it has really landed for me over the course of 2 season.

Honestly I don’t know, I started the show in S1 kinda excited to see where it went. But by this point, I just don’t know what do think about it. But I don’t think it is a very good show at all. Yet another one that I’m looking at those super high review scores and questioning what everyone else has seen in this show that I’m not.
