Man this world just has a completely unnecessary about of hatred of the various supernatural races and beings. To an almost overly aggressive state. Also rather strange is how everyone seems to hate supernatural races, and there is nobody who seems to champion them or support their right to just exist. But at the same time we have a small number of very powerful or influential supernaturals that humans have no method of dealing with and instead just seem to have to deal with.
