Damn, I don’t think you could make a better advertisement of what Gundam’s are capable of than this fight. Basically just Aerial alone took out the entire team while damaged. Honestly is a great advertisement of why the various space companies were terrified of Gundams that Earth might have been producing and shut it down. If Earth was even just a couple years ahead of the space companies, or more willing to deal with the consequences of using them, they could have easily wiped the floor with the space companies. Instead it seems all they have done is delay the day it happens a couple more years. But with all technological and military advances, no matter how much you wish for it to happen, you can’t place that rabbit back in the hat.

But almost more interesting is how Suletta talks with Aerial. And I think the big question is, what does this actually mean? Like is Suletta having an actual conversation with Aerial in some way via a physic connection? Or is this a one-sided conversation that Suletta is making up with Aerial. And if Aerial is actually responding it opens up the question, who or what is Aerial. Did the creation of Aerial involve turning a child into some AI hybrid that controls Aerial and deals with the issues that normally came from Gundams. Of course there is also the whole discussion about possibly Eri being Aerial if you start questioning the timeline. I figure this will be one of the major plot points of the show, what is Aerial really?
