Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina : Episode 11

Ugh, so I guess we are just back to the silly episodes that really mean nothing and have no impact. And that episode 9 was just kinda a fluke. The whole of this episode is just so dumb, and makes very little sense. So the plan is to have a witch take the box filled with magic powder into the town and get opened so that everyone in town becomes attracted to each other so the group can rob the town. And also why would Elaina open up the box anyhow, why would anybodies first action at seeing a box be to open it up?

We are nearly at the end of this show, and I literally couldn’t tell you if Elaina has developed at all as a character. I couldn’t tell you one thing about her that has changed at all.

Also, side note with more complaints about how magic and witches/wizards make no sense. Along with the size of this world. Fran mentions Elaina returning home and makes it seem like it would be a big deal. But from what I can tell with people just jumping between cities and large distances with no real issue, why wouldn’t it just be a casual thing to drop by back home for afternoon tea. I feel like this show needs a map to show distance traveled, or a calendar to show time progression.
