This is just such a silly episode, you go into it thinking this is going to be a serious mystery with a serious villain. After all you have somebody called the Ripper and all this talk about them killing people. But instead it is just some kinda crazy witch who uses dolls to cut peoples hair without their permission because she likes to see different expressions.

I just have nothing to say on the silliness that is this episode.
