Beautiful Bones -Sakurako’s Investigation- : Episode 6

Fair bit of a different episode this time, mainly focusing on Kougami and Utsumi and their own little mystery at the festival. But it is an episode that raises the question for me that hasn’t been answered at all. What is the relationship between Sakurako and Tatewaki? We still don’t know why he hangs out with her, how they meet, or if Tatewaki actually has any romantic feelings for Sakurako. And with the obvious crush that Kougami has on Tatewaki, is is annoying to just have all that up in the air. I also get a feeling that this is probably what caused me to drop the show originally. The fact that we are half-way done with the show, and it really doesn’t feel like we know anything more about these characters than when we started. They haven’t really had any growth or personal stories at all.
