Arknights: RISE FROM EMBER : Episode 7

Huh, wasn’t expecting yet another flashback episode about Talulah’s history and backstory. It is important information to be given, but I’m just not sure if it is working fully for me. Just feels like a lot of time is being given to the backstory while the current plot stands still waiting for it.

It also seems to be moving in a rather predictable manor. You go in expecting things to go wrong on this journey to cause her to become so ruthless and seemingly indifferent, so you get exactly what you were expecting. But if this was all meant to make her slightly more sympathetic knowing her rather tragic backstory, I guess it works well enough for that.
